Business Analyst - IT Consulting - Jakarta

The working venue is in South Jakarta. Our client is a IT Consulting company. Currently, they are looking for Business Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead testing activities and ensure complete QA documentation.
2. Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
3. Analyze and document processes, gather functional specifications, and prepare test cases.
4. Monitor and resolve client issues promptly while managing expectations and deliverables.
5. Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to ensure on-time project delivery.
6. Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Hands on experience in QA testing or software implementation projects.
2. Min. Diploma in Computer Science or similar.
3. Min. English in Business Level Proficiency (able to communicate fluently with foreigners without any difficulties).
4. Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in the SME IT Solutions industry, experienced in handling projects including gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
5. Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Not a job hopper (stay in 1 company for 3 years).
7. Critical thinking, target oriented, and good communications.
